Who is responsible?

What data?
When you fill in the enquiry form or email me: your name, email address, mobile number and the details about your party or event that you share (date, venue, lighting and sound, wishes).
Why?
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you book, prepare and invoice the event. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract. Invoices are kept for as long as the law requires.
Who is it shared with?
I never sell or rent out your data. The website and email forwarding run on Cloudflare; my mailbox is Gmail (Google). If you would like lighting and sound through JRSS, I share the necessary practical details with them, after checking with you.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. YouTube videos only load when you press play yourself; from then on YouTube’s terms apply.
How long?
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted no later than one year after contact. Booking data is kept as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations.
Your rights
You can always access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Email info@theaftertouch.com. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
